returned and checked. If there has been any loss or damage it will be deducted from your deposit. Details of damage costs are provided at the time of your booking and are also available to view on the Terms and Conditions page.
How long can I hire items for?
The standard hire time is usually 3 days or 4 if it runs over the weekend. If you wish to hire for longer this is fine, but you need to arrange this with me in advance.
Is there a minimum order?
No, you can order as much or as little as you like.
Can I return items unwashed?
Yes you can, but there is a washing up charge of 20% of your hire cost, if you wish to return items dirty. Alternatively you can wash them yourself, but no dishwashers please!
Can we select the crockery that we would like?

How do I secure a booking with Pretty Vintage?
Initially I will provide you with a quotation outlining hire, delivery and washing up costs. If you wish to go ahead with the booking I will forward you the necessary paperwork and ask for it to be returned along with a 50% deposit to secure the date. I will then contact you approximately 30 days prior to your event to take the remaining balance and a separate damage deposit cheque.
Why should I choose Pretty Vintage?
I work tirelessly to source pieces for Pretty Vintage that look beautiful individually but also work together as a stylish and elegant collection. I can cater for up to 400 guests and I hope my website reflects both my taste and attention to detail. I also make sure that I only take a selection of bookings on any given date, so you get the best of the collection and I can concentrate fully on providing an efficient and personal service. Pretty Vintage may predominantly be a web based company but its ethos is an old fashioned one which prides itself on competence and good organization.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is obviously area dependant. If you live locally then I am very happy for you to collect and deliver the order back to me, therefore avoiding any delivery charge. Alternatively please contact me for a quotation.
What happens if something gets broken, damaged or lost during the hire period?
This is surprisingly rare, and it’s usually me that breaks things! However when you book with Pretty Vintage you also pay a damage deposit cheque. This isn’t banked and is kept safely until your goods are
